1. About us and these terms

This store is operated by Mercado Cosmetics LLC, a limited liability company organised in the State of Wyoming, United States, trading as Snufflo ("Snufflo", "we", "us", "our"). These terms apply when you use this store and when you buy from it. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy also apply and form part of these terms.

By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the consumer laws that apply to you, including the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law does not allow a term to apply to you, that term applies only as far as the law allows.

3. Using the store

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

You agree not to misuse the store. This includes interfering with how it works, accessing it by unauthorised means, scraping it in bulk, or using it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

4. Products and product information

We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on screen, and measurements may be approximate where we say so.

Please read the product information and care instructions before use. Pet products should be used as described and with appropriate supervision. Our product information is general and is not veterinary advice. If you have concerns about your pet's health, skin or coat, please speak to a vet or a professional groomer.

5. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed for your location. Delivery charges, taxes and any duties that we collect are shown at checkout before you pay. If your card or bank converts the payment into another currency, they may charge conversion fees.

We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. If a product is shown at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in it. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email, and the contract is formed at that point.

We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your address, if there is an obvious error in the price or description, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

7. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

8. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is handled as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, refunds, cancellations and remedies for faulty items are handled as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Promotions

Discount codes and promotions are subject to the terms shown with them. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied to past orders.

10. Reviews and other content you send us

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, it must be honest, lawful and your own. You allow us to use, reproduce and display it on our store and marketing channels, with your first name or username where shown. We may decline or remove content at our discretion.

11. Intellectual property

The Snufflo name and logo, and the text, images and design of this store, are owned by or licensed to Mercado Cosmetics LLC. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Third-party services

The store runs on Shopify, and payments and deliveries are handled by third-party providers. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

13. Our liability

As far as the law allows:

• we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order, or for business losses;
• we are not liable for loss caused by using a product other than as described, or after it has been damaged or altered; and
• our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law. That includes our obligations under consumer guarantees, and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, customs delays, natural disasters or government action. If such an event affects your order, we will tell you, and you can cancel for a refund of anything not delivered.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. You can bring a claim in the courts of that country where its law allows.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first. We will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

17. General

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
