Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Australia. The delivery options for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 7–14 days to Australian addresses. Orders ship from our overseas supplier, and we email you the tracking number once your order is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Tracked shipping is free on every order within Australia.
Does the brush work on cats?
Yes. It’s a slicker brush for dogs and cats, and it does most on medium, long and double coats. On very short, smooth coats a rubber grooming mitt usually picks up more.
How do I clean the brush?
Press the button on the back and the fur you brushed out lifts off, so you can peel it away in one go. Wipe the pad with a damp cloth now and then.
Is it gentle on skin?
Slicker pins are fine and close together, so brush gently with the lie of the coat and don’t press them into the skin. Short sessions work best. For heavily matted coats, a groomer is the better option.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us your order number and a photo, and we’ll refund or replace it — in most cases you don’t need to post it back. This doesn’t limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund policy.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if the item is unused, clean and in its original packaging. Email us first for return instructions; change-of-mind return postage is paid by you, and the return address may be overseas. See our Refund policy.
